Elm Home Care was co-founded by Dr. Ross Kopelman and Louis, a home care aide who provided extraordinary care to Dr. Kopelman's 99-year-old grandmother. Watching Louis work every day showed Dr. Kopelman exactly what great home care looks like.
Together they built Elm: an agency where every aide is trained, vetted, and truly ready before they ever walk into someone's home.
